Blandy’s MADEIRA - Five Year Old - MALMSEY
Madeira, Portugal | $33.00 / $4.00

Madeira is made on the volcanic island of the same name situated in the Atlantic ocean some 400 miles off the North African coast. Brilliant copper-amber hue, moderately full-bodied plalate with marked sweetness and vibrant acidic balance. This 5 Years Old Malmsey is a full bodied rich Madeira with a long lingering finish.

Bin #35
McGuigan Personal Reserve TAWNEY PORT
Southeastern Australia | $39.00 / $8.00

Strong tawney color with faint hues. Raisin, sweet brandy overtones, figs and dates, complex “Rancio” character associated with long barrel maturation. Rich, viscous, raisin, carmel, and chocolate flavours, balanced perfectly with sweetness, acid and complex palate.

Bin #36
Graham’s - Six Grapes PORT
Oporto, Portugal | $35.00 / $7.00

“The everyday Port for the Vintge Port drinker.” The #1 Port by Wine and Spirits Magazine’s annual Restaurant poll. This full-bodied Port is very rich and fruity in style with blackberry, pepper and plum flavors. Blended from two or three years’ harvests, the wine is an average of five to six years old when bottled. It follows the Graham’s Vintage style very closely, although it has softended more quickly by being matured in oak casks rather than in bottle.

Bin #37
Graham’s - Late Bottled Vintage PORT
Oporto, Portugal | $37.00 / $5.00

Like Vintage Port, LBV is a wine of a very good year but it is not a 'delcalred' Vintage Port. LBV is aged solely in cask and then bottled at between four and six years old. At the time of bottling it has completed its maturation and is ready for drinking without the need for decanting. Graham’s LBV has much of the rich full fruity flavour and 'grip' of Vintage Port, combining this with a softness gained through oak ageing.
