White Wine Flights
FLIGHT I. First Class Flight of
Chardonnay
In the U.S., wines made from the Chardonnay grape are labeled Chardonnay.
The Chardonnay grape can produce a wide variety of flavors. Unoaked
Chardonnay lets flavers of the grape, such as apple and citrus,
come through. Chardonnay can pick up flavors from being fermented
and/or aged in oak that may be perceived as vanilla. A second fermentation,
called malolactic fermentation, will give Chardonnay a rich butter
flavor. | $12.50
